The fall play this year at school was Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland. We each had the chance to create our own play poster, and the favorite poster would be picked as the image used for the posters, playbills, and t-shirts. I wanted to go with something whimsical, that caputred the strangeness of Wonderland. Here you can see a silhouette of Alice and a rabbit in front of a swirled semi-transparent tree. For this, I used Adobe Illustrator. I used black, red, white, and light blue to keep the colors similar to her dress. I spent most of my time makeing the tree out of individual swirls, it was rather time consuming to create, but I was very pleased with my end result.
